Michael Huboky - Improve Your Business by Making People Like You in 90 Seconds or Less

Michael Huboky has been an entrepreneur from early childhood, starting at the age of 14 running his own business. He knew very early on that business was his passion.

Michael began his career in the direct sales industry with Vector Marketing in 1993 during college. During his time with the company he broke several records and still is titled the #1 trainer of all time.

At the age of 25 Michael became one of the youngest to manage an entire state for the corporation. During his time with Vector he moved up the ranks and managed 3 states during his 17 years. In 2000,

Michael was inducted into the company's Hall of Fame after just 4 years of becoming a manager. He has trained and coached in excess of 50,000 people across the world over the last decade.

Sandra M. Graffius – Balance Your Life

Sandra M. Graffius born in Reading, PA.  Attended Reading High School where she was captain of the Color Guard in Marching Band as we all a member of the Debating Club, Glee Club and National Honor Society. Graduate of Albright College. She was a member of the Thespian Club and the Girl’s Athletic Association. She graduated with a BA in Psychology.

She married Clair M. Graffius and they had two children.  In 1965, after the death of Clair’s parents, she and her husband took over the family business. Unfortunately, it was insolvent and had to be rescued. Seventeen years later, under their joint leadership, the company was in a stable position.

In 1968, she opened a small retail store in addition to her other duties. A full time manager was employed to do the daily work. Sandy did all the buying of stock and strategic planning.

In 1981 Sandy’s husband died suddenly and unexpectedly of congenital heart problems. Final negotiations were taking place to purchase a Memorial company. She finished the purchase of this company. The biggest challenge facing her was conquering the computer. Since Clair had written all the programs, there was no commercial support system. She went back to college to add business and computer courses to her experience.

Sandy gives seminars for “Women in Management” to Chamber of Commerce groups. She mentored on a one to one for a program called MINDCO. This group runs classes teaching men and women how to start their own business. 

She has served as president of the State Association of Burial Vault Manufacturers. She has served as president of the National Association of Burial Vault Manufacturers. She participated in the Business/Education coalition of Berks County.

In 2003 she ran for County Controller and was successful in her bid.  She is using her business skills in finance to make changes in that department and lower staff through attrition.  A paperless Accounts Payable and Accounting Department is one of her long-range goals.
