We add to each seminar experts and facilitators, banks, personal trainers, insurance specialists, whoever you would need to consult with so your new skills can move forward quickly.

Of course, people still come to our seminars for the networking and relationships, the kind only meeting with other people can provide. That is why JuttBug encourages networking with our in-house social networking tools built around our community of speakers, experts and friends. Who is JuttBug?

JuttBug was co-founded by two young businessmen who were once told "Find something you love doing, and do it well."

We love to help people achieve real success. We love to connect people together, for fun and profit. We know how to help people, we have lots of friends in the business, and we need to make a difference.

Helping people reach their goals, both personally and professionally, is why we created Growth Now! Seminars.

JuttBug is our mission in life. We created a movement, a community, a strong circle of dreamers, makers, experts and teachers, all working together to make a better life in this new century.

Co-Founders:
Justin Schenck : With seven years of managing sales and marketing teams for a multi-national corporation in New Jersey, Justin is an expert at making the impossible happen. Mr.Schenck then went on to merge his marketing talents with his people skills, working with corporate headhunters and specialist employers to find talent throughout the east coast. As a self-made man, Justin learned the ropes from some of the best, and has quickly risen to positions of influence throughout his field.

Justin is also an executive board member for the Greater Reading Young Professionals, and actively engages multiple other networking groups. Since giving back is part of getting further, Justin is spends time as a working partner with several non-profits, helping them with marketing and research. Because of his own success, he wanted to help others, and with the encouragement of members of the Chamber of Commerce, motivational figures such as Spencor Johnson, M.D. and Tony Hseih, Justin decided to create a new approach to learning, one that would be affordable and effective. Justin has succeeded in some of the most difficult sales and marketing jobs around, and now he is turning his attention to you. Mr.Schenck has spent time with multinational corporations such as Alcas Corporation and Empire Today.

Zac Bugay: Zac Bugay is a dedicated businessman, an organizor and motivator. With a degree in Business Administration/ Marketing from Shippensburg University, Zac brings focus, amiable personality and "can-do" spirit to JuttBug. He also brings a love of organization and planning that keeps everything on track. Zac put his skills to the test with years of experience in marketing and sales with Penske. After growing his own career, Zac began consulting with area start up companies. Every Zig needs a Zac, and when Zac met Justin he was just the actuator needed to help seminars become something more. Together they formed JuttBug and began contacting their network of friends in industries far and wide for support. Through JuttBug, Zac hopes to help anyone, regardless of age, education or experience, reach their full potential and attain their goals.
