The 2011 Pennsylvania Non-Profit EXPO will be held on September 29th, 2011 from 9am-4pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, in Wyomissing Pennsylvania. We are very happy to announce the 2011 keynote speaker, Doug Tieman (CEO of Caron Foundation) a very well known leader of one of the most influential organizations in the Non-Profit community.
In addition to Mr. Tieman, we have scheduled ten powerfully focused educational breakout sessions, headlined by Tammy White CEO & President of United Way Berks County.
Over 200 representatives from Non-Profit organizations will be attending the Non-Profit EXPO. Also on our guest list: hundreds of decision makers, non-profit supporters and committee members. This is the biggest event of the year in the Southeastern Pennsylvania Non-Profit community and JuttBug is proud to bring everyone together.

Keynote Speaker: Doug Tieman | Leadership in the Workplace
Mr. Tieman has been the President and CEO of Caron Treatment Centers since 1995. Under Mr. Tieman's direction, Caron has taken leadership roles in treating addiction in young adults and adolescents, sponsoring research, and participating in national conferences on addiction and recovery. Caron has developed, and provides, gender-separate and gender-specific treatment in both its adolescent and adult programs, from primary through extended care. He also established regional centers in Philadelphia, PA, New York, Boca Raton, FL, Dallas, TX and Bermuda. Since Mr. Tieman joined Caron, its revenue has grown more than six-fold.

Linda is one of fewer than one hundred professionals worldwide to hold the Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive designation. In her seventeen years as a philanthropic consultant, she has managed capital campaigns; helped dozens of nonprofit organizations achieve their development goals, and has trained more than 20,000 professionals in Mexico, Canada, Egypt and most of the fifty United States, in all aspects of development.
Linda is a graduate of AFP’s Faculty Training Academy and served on the board of the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy. She has received two AFP research grants. She is also a prolific writer and is currently working on another book. Linda has received the Outstanding Fundraising Executive award from both the Eastern PA and the Las Vegas chapters of AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) and in 2006 was recognized internationally in Atlanta, GA with the Barbara Marion Award for Outstanding Service to AFP. Linda has also penned 4 books, and has co-authored two other books on Fundraising & Non-Profits.

Rick oversees all of the Community Foundation’s grantmaking and community involvement programs. He works with donors to fulfill their charitable objectives and provides technical assistance for grant applicants when appropriate.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Mappin spent nearly 10 years in economic development in Maryland. He most recently served as the President of the Dekko Foundation in Indiana, where he helped nine community foundations begin.
He holds a master’s degree from Loyola College in Curriculum Development and a bachelor’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in History. He earned an Advanced Economic Development certificate from the University of Oklahoma, and has earned many professional honors, including having the Dekko Foundation named Business of the Year under his leadership.
